Locker Rental Policies & Conditions:
NO OUTSIDE CIGARS ARE ALLOWED IN ASH Cigar Lounge or lockers.
Neither ASH Cigar Lounge nor its employees are responsible for the loss or damage of any kind to items stored in lockers.
The member shall be responsible for damage caused to lockers. You agree not to store any organic or
paper material in the locker other than tobacco which may cause a mold issue or a degradation in the
stored cigars. The introduction of additional humidification in the form of water pillows, while not
prohibited, means that it is up to the member to monitor humidity levels independently. Accessories such as lighters, cutters, butane and pipes are acceptable.
Access to the locker is limited to the names listed on this agreement.
A locker can be owned by no more than two individuals.
Business lockers can be accessed by anyone registered as having access (Limit 5 users) .
ASH Cigar Lounge holds the key to business lockers.
Lockers not transferable to another party. If a locker is vacated it will be rented to the next person on the waiting list.
Locker Fees & Benefits
Annual Locker Fee- $1,000 annually: Includes $750 humidor credit (does not apply to limited edition boxes or cigars)
Members are assigned one key. If the key is lost it will be replaced for a $50 fee
Members are assigned one name plate, name changes are $25
Locker Renewal and Cancellation
All lockers are automatically renewed annually on the renewal date using the credit card information provided below. Members will receive an emall informing them of this charge 60 days before the renewal date.
Members must contact ASH Management by email within 30 days of the renewal date to request cancellation of membership for the next year.
Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment (CC decline, etc.) if the member has not contacted ASH Cigar Lounge with an alternate payment method within 30 days the locker is considered vacated. ASH Cigar Lounge will remove the contents of the locker and place it into storage. The locker will be posted as available for rent. The member then has another 30 days to claim their property from storage or ownership of the contents will revert to ASH Cigar Lounge.
If the locker is vacated before renewal contact you must contact ASH Cigar Lounge Management to arrange for key drop off. There is no pro-rata refund of fees paid for vacating early.
Locker Bottle Service
Platinum VIP Members are entitled to white glove bottle services from ASH Cigar Lounge. This service is regulated, and the following must be strictly adhered to or result in loss of privilege and suspension from ASH Cigar Lounge.
NO OUTSIDE BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED. This service applies to the purchase of ANY bottle stocked by the ASH Cigar Lounge. Members may request non-stocked bottles and ASH Cigar Lounge will make every effort to purchase these on the Members behalf.
Limit 2 bottles per locker
Once purchased, an ASH Cigar Lounge staff member will place the bottle in Members locker. Member may NOT under any circumstances remove bottles from the locker or serve alcohol from said bottle. Member must request bottle services from an ASH Cigar Lounge staff member who will remove bottle, place the bottle behind the bar, serve and replace bottle in locker. Any violation of these policies will result in a suspension of bottle services and possible loss of locker services and membership.
